Removed BETA from build name.
Added build date in format yyyy-MM-dd (to be sorted in alphabetic
order).
Updated README.

Removing old svn way of versioning now it won't work like that soon will
be implemented for git.

BETA: Fixed a bug that was introduced with `MasterHandler` update in [10395] that registered action handlers and action shift handlers on each others manager.

BETA: Improved the way how is generated the revision number in Ant Builder, now it will get the revision number of the last change made in the specific project, and not the last revision number from whole svn.

BETA: Removed "update" boolean from Ant Zip Task, because it doesn't build the Zip file properly (doesn't remove the old files), and few other changes included for database_installers.

	* Moved servername.xml and servername.xsd to login/data.
		* Is not used by game server, server name is sent by login server.
	* misc folder will be removed in next commit.
	* Updated build.xml.

BETA/STABLE: Organizing Some Files & Cleanup (data folders excluded for now due the amount of files to move).
