Add relative AI skills
Removed old DrChaos AI

Now you can do:
git clone
mvnw clean install

It doesn't require to download and install Maven.

Improved using auto-increment key instead of handling it server side.

Added AI Loader class.
Removed most main methods from scripts.
Added Treasure AI that was missing in loading.

Private methods don't need to be final.
Enums don't need to be static.
Public methods in final classes don't need to be final.
Added Eclipse formatter.
