Added config reload and test.

Moved to Maven instead of Gradle.
Using proper project structure and package structure.

Moving all files to main folder.
Using Gradle to define, manage dependecies and build the project.
Upgraded Gradle wrapper.

You can now build the project using "gradlew" command from within project
directory.

Removing old svn way of versioning now it won't work like that soon will
be implemented for git.
