Added database cleanup file.

Moved to Maven instead of Gradle.
Using proper project structure and package structure.

Moving all files to main folder.
Using Gradle to define, manage dependecies and build the project.
Upgraded Gradle wrapper.

Little rework for the SQL files storage structure. Hopefully clarify files purpose and ease tools maintenance. Thanks UnAfraid and MELERIX. Oh, and it's good to be back just in time(?) =)

First basic Gracia additions for new items, skill containers and a couple of zones and skill updates. As I usually say for these changes, don't expect great functionality added, but on the contrary :P

Datapack support for easy customization facilities, by Ahmed. It's essentially changes in the database_installer scripts and some sql files reorganized.
