Added database cleanup file.

Moved to Maven instead of Gradle.
Using proper project structure and package structure.

Moving all files to main folder.
Using Gradle to define, manage dependecies and build the project.

 * Fixed SQL Update (it should be line by line, otherwise if one change fail the others are not executed).
