I made a mistake when I said I merged entries with periodOfDay=0 from the old list to mtrix's list.
I had done that but reverted prior to commit because, as far as I know, mtrix list is already complete in
terms of normal spawns and importing could add unwanted spawns.
Therefor, what I did is:
1) Update the npc ids
2) Import all the periodOfDay=1 spawns from the old list
3) Import periodOfDay=2 spawns if and only if no mobs in mtrix's list spawned with periodOfDay=2 for a given npc id.
Sorry for misinforming you in my last comment.

The following proceedures took place for spawnlist.sql:
1) Take mtrix's list and update the npc ids.
2) Copy all mods with periodOfDay = 1 from previous list to matrix's list.
3) For mobs with periodOfDay = 0, only copy them if no entry for that mob and periodOfDay=0 exists in mtrix's list
4) Same as 3 but for periodOfDay = 2

For raidboss_spawnlist.sql, it's is purely mtrix's work except with updated npc ids (boss_id)

NOTE: mtrix's list looks GREAT!  It misses night-mobs (hence my copy for period=1 mobs) and has some minor blemishes but it's a lot better and more complete than existing.  Enjoy ^_^
