- Replaced SkillData.getInstance().getSkill with SkillHolder DTO;
- Replaced Skill versions of doCast and doSimultaneousCast with
SkillHolder ones;
- Fixed typo on Sanctum of the Lords of Dawn instance zone;
- Some cleanup.
