BETA/STABLE: Disabled some NPC skills that should be controlled by AI, due are making immortal and suicide NPCs.

BETA/STABLE: Minor update on Inquisitor Stances by osiride, also fixing [8250] due should be commented not deleted.

BETA: New equipment reward items are now available for purchase with Olympiad Tokens at the Olympiad Manager:
 * Vesper Armor Sets, Sigils and Shields
 * Noble Enhancement Stones
 * Vorpal Armor Sets, Sigils and Shields
The items available for Noblesse Gate Pass have been removed.
